At DJ Gym we teach all ages and experience levels. You're never too young or too old to start! Our courses are taught one-to-one so they can be tailor made to suit young students and children of any age. This way they can learn at their own speed and get special attention from their DJ tutor. You can also choose when you want to book the DJ lessons. DJ Lessons are available seven days a week at 10am, 12pm, 2pm, 4pm, 6pm and 8pm, so it's easy to fit around any schedule. Plus, if you book kids DJ lessons at DJ Gym there are a host of other benefits.
The Beginner DJ Course
For children's DJ lessons the best course to start your kids on is the Beginner DJ Course. There are four two-hour lessons in this course and it teaches them all the fundamental theory and skills they need to mix as a digital DJ. They don't need any experience to get going on this course and there are no age requirements. There is also no need for them to have DJ equipment at home because everything will be provided for them in the studio. If you do decide to buy them some home DJ equipment we can also get this at a discount for you but we recommend you complete the Beginner DJ Course first.

Intermediate and Advanced DJ Courses
Once your child has passed the Beginner DJ Course you can now enrol them on our Intermediate and Advanced levels. Once completed your child will have truly expert knowledge of DJing both in digital and traditional formats. They will have a musical understanding and a valuable skill. Many students go on to be the DJ at kids parties and even sometimes make a healthy profit!
